Yes, RPA is designed to be flexible and to integrate seamlessly into any system. It does not need any interfaces, but operates any program from its workstation just as a human colleague would.

Yes, our customers can start and test EMMA in one of two scenarios:

The risk-free proof of concept (PoC):

  • The customer selects a process that he would like to have automated and presents it to AVY operations team.
  • After the process documentation has been created, an offer for implementing the automation follows based on the estimated effort.
  • After acceptance of the offer and installation of the desired RPA environment at the customer's site, the automated process is carried out in the customer's network.
  • Only when the automated process runs as desired will the cost of automation and the Solution licenses be invoiced.

The training approach (Do-it-Yourself PoC):

  • The customer wants to start automating processes independently right away.
  • He books a paid 2-day training to train at least 1 – 5 people on how to use a RPA technology.
  • In this way, it is qualitatively ensured that the customer's employees know and can use all relevant functions.
  • The customer has the desired RPA environment installed and can test the RPA solution free of charge for a period of 30 days in order to automate initial processes themselves.
