We help companies automate manual desktop workflows and application processes, significantly improving the efficiency of their workflows and processes. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service Support Employee (m/f/d) for 1st and 2nd level support, who will contribute their technical expertise and commitment to providing our customers with the best possible service.
Your tasks:
- Provide support and advice to our customers in 1st and 2nd level support for using our RPA and AI solutions
- Receive, classify, and process support requests through various channels (e-mail, phone, ticketing system)
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to automation processes and cognitive AI applications
- Perform troubleshooting and system analysis to quickly develop solutions
- Work closely with our development teams to escalate more complex support requests
- Document solutions and problem resolutions in the ticketing system
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and solution-oriented support
- Conduct training sessions and assist with the integration of new features and functions
- Create and maintain knowledge databases and FAQs
Your profile:
- Completed studies or training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in IT support, ideally in an RPA or AI environment
- Good knowledge of working with common operating systems, networks, and applications
- Experience with ticketing systems and service management processes
- Analytical thinking and technical understanding to quickly identify problems and develop solutions
- Team player, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented approach
- Ideally, knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Wianco) and/or basic experience with cognitive AI technologies
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
